Limits Morality Question... sorta Have you ever lowered, disregarded or altered your Limits to Play with someone? Depends on which rule or limit sure i change my mind all the time and often it just takes the right person to turn a limit into a turn on. But some, like safe sex, i would never change, just isn't worth the risk in any way to me.

Well, what exactly are you talking about then? Are you saying someone who has unprotected sex and admits it may do other unsafe things? Like enjoy breath play to the point of passing out? True with anyone you play with you don't know 100% if they are honest about always wearing protection. But here they admitted that they don't so we know there is an icreased risk with them. As far as what other Un-Safe behavior... I don't know.. and that is what concerns me. There are other signs of what other risky acts people do, not just unprotected sex, that cause us not to play with them. Just saying, for us, Unprotected Sex puts them on the Not To Do list

It would depend on the rule/limit. This couple, for better or for worse, was up front with you about their history. That's good on them, IMHO. Another couple might say they've never barebacked, or had an accident, but how can you be sure? You can only be 100% sure of your own honesty, and reasonably sure of the person with whom you spend your life (although often that isn't very sure at all). No telling how many of your other play partners you've shared with your wife have been less than honest with you on this subject. The hope is they all have been totally honest. The reality is that some have likely not been honest. If it's important to play with them, ask for STD tests. If it's not, then don't take on the risk.

And even if you always use them they can break, or slip off, and they don't do much at all to prevent the spread of HPV. Sex with multiple partners increases your risk. Monogamy is meant to cut down on this, if people are practicing true monogamy. If you are practicing non-monogamy, you can take steps to lower your risk, but you won't eliminate it. IMHO, the danger is part of the appeal, like a lot of the harder BDSM stuff.

Not so sure... I knwo some pretty active kinkster/sluts who pretty much do always use condoms. I speak of friends, people i will never be interested in, people who have no motive to be less than honest with me.
