I saw Kramer vs. Kramer over the weekend. It
was released in x but it is as fresh and relevant to what happens in a custody battle as if it was filmed last week. Not a fucking thing has changed in family court in x years. A mother can completely abandon her child for more than a year, to "find herself" returns and wins full custody. The same thing will occur in x when I am a geezer.. The amendment from U.S. Rep Mr. Divorce: "Any parent who leaves their child for more than x months, excluding military deployments or serious illness automatiy surrenders custody of all children to the responsible parent" No visits to fantasyland needed. BTW Mr. Kramer spend $x,x (in x dollars equal to about $x,x today) to fight his ex in court to be awarded every other weekend and one weekend night visitation rights. Sound familia?.......
