need a cut throat lawyer in delaware Does anyone know of a good lawyer in Delaware that will fight for me and not just wimp in? I'm afraid he will leave me with nothing, and afraid he will drain whatever bank account we have. He's afraid I will do the same thing, however I haven't and said I won't. I'm a stay at home mom for x years so I have not contributed any income. He says it's HIS money and he worked for it...forgetting that I put him thru school by working my ass off.

yeah That's what I'm afraid of. I don't want anything just x/x. Want to be amicable as possible for the kids. I would file papers myself but I'm not sure what I'm doing so I feel it's better for a lawyer to handle that.

It's not hard it look that way but with some time you would get it. It sucks that your ex is not realizing by being an ass he will just be feeding the nightmare that is already in progress. My ex was like that. Some people just love chaos.
