Just a follow-up on my last trip here This morning, I was out playing with the dogs, and I kept hearing "thud" noises. I went to the other side of my garage and found my neighbor, and her son throwing all of there yard brush into my yard. I asked them what they were doing, and the boy said, "shut up you stupid lesbian, mind your own business". I went in the house, returned with a video camera, and got my precious footage, including the boy exposing himself to me, and proclaiming that "this is what you really need you cunt". The boys mother came into my yard, branch in hand, swinging it at me, or the camera...either way she missed. Our 15 year old came out at that point to tell me that he had just ed the sheriff. When the sheriff arrived, of course, the neighbors had already booked it. He surveyed the mess in my yard, reviewed the tape, and told me there was nothing he could do but he did tell me that the mess was now my problem, and not to put it back on their property. Now, in addition to all the brush they piled in my yard, I have also found quite a bit of broken glass, trash, etc., perhaps they couldn't pay their trash collection fee? I am not looking for advice, just sharing the day-to-day BS that we deal with.

Just move. For whatever reason, the police refuse to deal with it. Getting them to act would require more energy than it's worth. I sympathize but I would just move.

I'd put in those s especially to the LGBT rights groups and ask them what kind of a fight she'd be in for and what kind of support they could offer. A protracted battle with that sort of person is what they live for. They relish it. If you end the game and walk away, you circumvent them and stick up for yourself. That's how I see it. I would not stick around and fight with assholes like that. It's not worth it. They are not going to end up respecting lesbians or being tolerant if, say, the police take action. Best thing to do with that sort of person is to not engage.

do you really think these neighbors wouldn't cause huge problems if she put the house on the market?? Sometimes, we're forced to go toe to toe with evil. You just have to back yourself up with the right ammunition.

sell or rent it out I probably would've rented mine out to non-pet-owners and bought a xnd house for me to live in. And I would've "stalked" my potential new neighbors before buying to make sure I wasn't getting myself into another bad situation.
