just got back from a sex party (ya, right!) where the hosts got in an argument and ruined the mood for everyone there. did not want to force things like some seemed to want to do, so i just left anyone ever run into this type of disappointment/let down? what did you do or what can i do to work off this frustration? i do not have a SO to take my (sexual) frustrations out on :(

Not a sex party but.... With an ex g/f, many years ago, we were supposed to be going to another couple's house for mutual fun and they got into an argument so we left. When we got home, we just didn't seem in the mood to go at it but we were frustrated so we just kinda kissed lightly and did some mutual masturbation. It was kinda nice actually, to get each other off whilst looking into each other's eyes with the "I'm glad we're not fighting" look.

wow, that's really a bummer. for the guests and for the hosts. I'm sorry that happened. I've never had that happen really. I am usually one of the hosts and the group has a strict "back the others up" policy. We can disagree and fight til we are blue in the face at a meeting, but not at the party. We all know the rules and chances are we are all right and wrong in different ways. The only time that wouldn't be followed is if one of us was flagrantly not enforcing a policy, but that has yet to happen. When we had a guest verbally assault a board member we had a couple board members entertain the inside guests and get the outside guests inside. We quarantined the problem and got it resolved so it couldn't affect the guests. Again, i'm so sorry your even was ruined. I'm sure theirs was too, but they may have been able to avoid some of that.

thanks v_r for your sympathy and well wishes :) i have read some of your posts and know some of the events you and your group hosts, but sadly this was not that well organized. more of a kinky couple putting on a party over an organized and well thought out group. wish i was associated with your kind of group. must get out and explore more!

awwww i wish you were associated with my group too! Why not find x other people you really trust and with whom you can work well that share your values and vision that can contribute resources and start planning some parties of your own?

sure, single in terms of relationship status. but not single as in all on your own. take my advice, gather a few friends for help. I don't know what websites or groups might be of assistance but i'm happy to answer any questions and help in any way.
